Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors (under 21), intoxicated persons and those without proper identification. Guests who appear to be under age 30 are required to show valid photo ID indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol inside the ball-park. Alcoholic beverage sales are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per ID. Alcohol will be discontinued at the end of the 7th inning for the entire building, vendor and concession stands.
Certified seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed in Steinbrenner Field. No other animals are permitted within the ballpark. Excluding special events such as Bark at the Park.
During Spring Training there are three 5th 3rd Bank ATM’s located on the concourse level. Two are located in section 213 and one is located in the Pin Stripe Pub in section 201. During the Tampa Yankees season there is one 5th 3rd Bank ATM located in section 213.
Baby and Toddler Tickets
Children under the age of three do not need to purchase a ticket to get into Steinbrenner Field; however they will be expected to sit on an adults lap during the game.
Backpacks, diaper bags, and other bags are permitted in Steinbrenner Field. Please note they may be subject to being searched when entering the stadium. This policy is to ensure the safety of the players and fans at Steinbrenner Field.
Banners and Signs
Fans may create their own signs to bring to Steinbrenner Field, but may not contain any vulgar language or inappropriate graphics. No signs may be hung from anything, and cannot obstruct the view of other fans.
Blue is the Tampa Yankees mascot. He can be found around the stands and concourse area during most Tampa Yankee home games. He is also available for appearances outside of the ball-park. Please call (813) 673-3055 for more information.
Blue’s Crew Kid’s Club
For $10 kids get into every Monday night Tampa Yankee home game free, and get a free hot dog, chips, and soda. They will also get a personalized ID card, fan fun pack, members only VIP stadium tour, a discount at the Tampa Yankees team store and the opportunity to run the bases after every Monday night home game.
The Ticket Office is located in the main building, behind and to the right of the main stairwell.

Bright House Networks Dugout Club
The Bright House Networks Dugout Club is a private club during spring training reserved for seat holders in the Club seating area behind home plate. The Bright House Networks Dugout Club is available year round for rental for private parties and meetings.
Cameras and Video Equipment
Cameras and Video Cameras are allowed in Steinbrenner Field; however footage may only be used for personal use. Fans are not permitted to stand in the aisles or obstruct the view of other fans. Tripods are not permitted in the stadium at any time.
Cell Phone use is permitted as long as it is not disrupting others from enjoying the game.
Infant changing tables are located in all of the men’s and women’s restrooms at Steinbrenner Field. There is also a family restroom located outside section 204.
Concession stands are located around the main entrance selling food and beverages. The Walgreens Deck is located in right field and is a full-service bar.
Customer Service is located on the main concourse near the main gate. The Yankees staff will gladly answer any questions you may have, and/or assist you to the best of their ability.
Wheelchairs may enter the stadium through the front reception area located under the main stairwell, and take the elevators to the main concourse (2nd floor).
Wheelchair seating is located around the main level between the 100 and 200 level seats. These tickets can be purchased at the box office. The area is set up so the occupant in the wheelchair can sit with up to one or two companions.
Elevators are located through the main lobby of Steinbrenner Field.
Emergency Medical Services and First Aid
If you are in need of emergency medical services, please seek a staff member or go to customer service.
The main entrance is located off the main parking lot up the main stairwell. The disabled gate is located at the southeast corner of the stadium, for those disabled patrons using the Dale Mabry bridge. The Suite Holder entrance is located in the main lobby to the left of the receptionist desk next to the elevators.
Exit and Re-entry
Fans may exit Steinbrenner Field at any time during the game, but will need their ticket stamped to get back into the stadium.
The family restroom is located behind section 204. This restroom is equipped with an infant changing table. To access this restroom a key is required and can be requested at customer service.
Interference with a ball in play and trespassing onto the playing field is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the stadium and/or arrest.
Any questions or concerns can be handled at customer service, located on the main concourse.
Fans may keep any foul balls hit or thrown into the stands. However, fans may not interfere with a play or enter the field area in an attempt to catch a ball. If any injury occurs due to a foul ball, please find a staff member or go to Customer Service or First Aid.
The main offices for the Yankees are located in front of the stadium behind the main stairwell. Office hours on non-game days are 9:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday. On game days the office will be open from 9:00am until the end of the game.
For a New York Yankee Spring Training game, gates open two hours before every home game, unless otherwise stated for special events.

Lost and Found
Any lost articles can be turned in or claimed at customer service, located on the main concourse of Steinbrenner Field. If there is not a game being played, please check with the front office for lost items.
Lost, Stolen or Forgotten Tickets
Only lost season tickets can be reprinted. Any other lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets cannot be reimbursed or reprinted by the ticket office. You will have to purchase a new ticket.
Lost Children or Companions
If your child or companion goes missing, please see a Yankees staff member and they will assist you. All concerns should be directed to customer service.
A game can be called after five full innings of play. This call is at the discretion of the umpires and league officials. However, the Yankees will do their best to finish every game.
Parking - HESS Parking Lot
Reserved parking is in the HESS parking lot at Steinbrenner Field. General parking is available across the street at Raymond James Stadium.
Yankee programs are available for purchase by stadium sales personnel for $5.00.
If a Yankees staff member feels that fan safety is in danger, items brought into the ballpark may be confiscated. This policy is designed for the safety of all fans.
Prohibited Items include, but are not limited to:
- Outside Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
- Outside food or drinks
- Glass/Plastic bottles or cans
- Coolers or ice chests
- Fireworks and confetti
- Animals except certified service dogs or for certain events
- Inflatable items
- Skateboards or Roller Blades
- Water guns
- Laser pointers
- Weapons of any kind
- Full size bats

Rain Out Policy
If a game is cancelled due to rain, only paid tickets can be refunded at point of purchase. If purchased at the stadium box office, you can return your tickets to the box office, Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm. All TickerMaster tickets must be returned to TicketMaster.
Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located around the main concourse and are all wheelchair accessible, and equipped with an infant changing table.
Rooms To Go Luxury Suites
Suites are fully carpeted and furnished with heating and air conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, flat screen TVs, leather furniture, and high top tables overlooking the field. There are plenty of catering options ranging from ballpark hot dogs to more fine dining options. Suites can hold 20 people. Prices vary depending on catering options.
